{"id":146,"date":"2024-10-10T08:40:29","date_gmt":"2024-10-10T08:40:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theoaks.cheshire.sch.uk\/?page_id=146"},"modified":"2025-01-28T16:23:52","modified_gmt":"2025-01-28T16:23:52","slug":"beech-crew-year-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/theoaks.cheshire.sch.uk\/index.php\/beech-crew-year-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Beech Crew &#8211; Y2"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Welcome to our Beech Crew!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In our Crew we seek out our learning through exploration and exciting&nbsp;learning opportunities&nbsp;every day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the Spring Term we will be heading out to the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Conwy Castle and building on our knowledge&nbsp;of the Great Fire of London!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In English we are looking at the text Dragon Machine. We are using our new conjunction&nbsp;&#8216;when&#8217; in our sentences, as well as practicing using &#8216;because&#8217; and &#8216;but&#8217; to extend them further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maths this term has started with a unit on money.
