This Term

This term, our students will dive into learning across subjects! In English, we’ll sharpen our writing skills as we explore Oscar Wilde’s The Selfish Giant and The Happy Prince, alongside classics like Shel Silverstein’s The Giving Tree and Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s The Little Prince. In Maths we will continue to develop our skills in Ratio and Algebra.

Science will take us back millions of years as we uncover the wonders of evolution, adaptation, and variation. In D&T, we’ll whisk up some WWII-inspired rationed scones, linking to our History lessons on life during the Second World War.

R.E. invites us to reflect on life’s big questions, comparing Humanist and Christian views on creation. Meanwhile, Geography will take us on an exciting journey across America as we explore our incredible world.
